Warranty period, scope, and conditions:
All plastic running tracks, plastic courts, and artificial turf projects constructed by our company
are covered by a five-year warranty. During this period, our company will be responsible for free repairs for any quality issues.

Other commitments in the after-sales service plan:
For all plastic running tracks, plastic fields, and artificial turf projects constructed by our company, if non-quality damage occurs, our company will also
be responsible for repairs, and in principle, only the cost of materials will be charged. The response speed for repairs is the same as above.

Problem solving, speed of repair response to customer requests:
For all plastic running tracks, plastic fields, and artificial turf projects constructed by our company, if any quality issues arise during the warranty period,
our technical personnel will arrive at the site within two days of receiving notification from the client to inspect the site and formulate a repair plan.
Once the plan is approved by the client, our construction personnel will arrive at the site within one week to carry out repairs.
